We aim to send off all orders within 24 hours, except on weekends and public holidays. We provide various delivery options to best meet your requirements.


Next Day Delivery:

Available on select items, this option is ideal if you’re keen to receive your new appliance promptly.


Delivery Confirmation:

 You’ll receive an email confirming the delivery date of your Miele appliance, so you’ll know precisely when to expect it.


Personal Touch:

We’ll give you a ring on the day of delivery to confirm everything is on track, ensuring a seamless delivery process.


If you’re Not At Home:

If you’re not available at your home on the confirmed delivery date and agreed delivery time, you may be liable for the cost of return delivery. Please ensure you’re available to receive your delivery as scheduled to avoid any unnecessary charges.

Returns & Exchanges:

30-Day Returns:

Not entirely satisfied with your Miele appliance? Return it within 30 days in its original condition and packaging for a full refund or exchange.


Straightforward Returns:

Initiating a return is easy. Just contact our customer service for guidance and a return authorization number.


Prompt Refunds:

After we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll refund you via your original payment method within 7-10 business days.


Exchange Options:

Interested in a different model? Let us know when you request a return. Subject to availability, we’re happy to facilitate an exchange.

Customised or personalised Miele appliances are final sale unless they arrive faulty. Check product specifics before purchasing.
